The hall of celebration should be decorated. There are a lot of variants of decorations, but it would be reasonable to use decoration with flowers or balloons. Flowers will be more expensive but more refined at the same time, but balloons provide with more “space” for using imagination and decoration with balloons is the most reasonable decision usually. Garlands, chains, panels, arches etc. a qualified designer will offer you a lot of variants.

The illumination is very important too. It is desirable to have at least minimal stage and such called discotheque illumination. Remember a variety theater or a nigh club and try to imagine these places without floodlights, scanners and strobe lights, with a usual domestic lighting. Th atmosphere of celebrity and carnival will be lost.

b) a professional entertainer
